formerly known as National Law Syndicate and was founded in 1991 with
the joint effort of Md. Daudur Rahman, Advocate, Bangladesh Supreme Court,
A.T.M. Aybur Rahman Iqbal, Advocate, Bangladesh Supreme Court and Md. Solaiman Munshi,
Advocate, Bangladesh Supreme Court and other prominent Lawyers those who were very
successful and respected in their respective legal practice but wished to join
together to provide more efficient and legal services to their clients. This firm
was also played a vital and important role in the field of Intellectual Property
Right (IPR) matters in Bangladesh. In 2004 the former National Law Syndicate was
changed to Munshi & Associates. After the alteration of the name of the firm as
Munshi & Associates the activities of the firm in legal practice is more
activated and able to tender the better service to our clients.
The above law firm is distinguished by its size, breadth of experience,
and creativity and the success that we have enjoyed in our chosen areas
